However, we regret to inform you that we will be officially terminating the service of Ragnarok V: Returns. The details and schedule are as follows:

All in-game purchases will be disabled, and the game will be removed from all download platforms.(Players who still have remaining in-game currency are advised to use it before the service termination date.)

1. Player Migration Strategy
Provide support for the migration of the player base to The Ragnarok through a website-based verification and entitlement distribution system, ensuring accuracy and traceability for audit purposes.
1.1 Segmentation
The system will verify eligibility based on the database snapshot, according to the following criteria:

2. End-of-Service Activities
Player support measures during the final 35 days to ensure service continuity until the end of the service agreement period.
2.1 In-game Support
- Period: May 13 – June 17, 2026
- Format: Support items will be distributed daily via the in-game mail system at 8:00 PM.
- Objective: To ensure that players can fully access and enjoy the game’s content and features during the final service period.
2.2 Content Access
- All dungeons, events, and PvP systems will be fully accessible without restrictions.
- Priority will be placed on maintaining system stability and database security until the final moment of service
3. Account Memorial
Preparation of player data to allow continued access to previous achievement records after service termination.
- Digital Profile: A dedicated webpage will be created to display key character statistics, such as service duration, character status, and costume collections.
- Exportable Content: Downloadable file or image formats will be provided, allowing players to save and keep their personal records.

5. Post-Service Management
- A dedicated Customer Support team will be available for an additional 30 days to assist with inquiries regarding Item Code redemption and access to the Memorial page.
- Personal data will be managed in accordance with the company’s data privacy and security standards.
