The Ragnarok will perform a server merge on January 13, 2026, with the following server merge details:

Server Merge Conditions
1. Character and Guild Deletion
1.1 Characters with level less than or equal to 30, no top-up history, no remaining diamonds, and no login within the past 7 days.
1.2 Guilds with a level less than or equal to 3 and no members logging in within the past 7 days.
2. Character Deletion
2.1 When a character is deleted, all related data — including Auction House, Mailbox, Guild Membership, Friends, and Enemies — will also be permanently deleted.
2.2 If the deleted character is a Guild Leader, the leadership will be transferred to the member with the most recent login and the highest combat power.
2.3 The ranking boards will be reset and updated again according to the scheduled refresh cycle.
3. Data Merge
3.1 After the server merge, data from all merging servers will be consolidated. The server’s opening time will follow the one that was launched earliest.
3.2 If there are duplicate character names, the system will keep the name of the character that was created first (based on server creation order). Other characters with the same name will have a number appended to their name, starting from 1 and increasing accordingly.
3.3 If there are duplicate guild names, the system will keep the name of the guild with the highest number of members. If multiple guilds have the same name and equal member count, one will be randomly selected to keep the name, and the remaining guilds will have 2 random characters appended to the end of their names from the set a–z, A–Z, and 0–9.
3.4 After the server merge, all guild territory ownership data will be reset, and guilds must reclaim territories again.
4. Server Login
4.1 After the server merge, the original server entrances will remain available. Players can still use their original server login to access the merged server.
4.2 When logging into the game through different server entrances, only the character data from that specific server will be displayed. If a player has characters on both merged servers, the characters will not be shown together simultaneously.
