1.2 Unified Status Effect Rules for Player Skills
Status effects are unified so that they no longer change depending on job or skill level.
Effect List
• Silence: 60% chance / lasts 6s / unable to use non-basic skills.
• Blind: 25% chance / lasts 6s / all attacks may miss.
• Stun: 50% chance / lasts 3s / cannot act.
• Stone: 30% chance / lasts 5s / cannot act.
• Freeze: 75% chance / lasts 2s / cannot act.
• Bleed: 50% chance / inflicts +30% of skill damage every 1s for 3s.
• Burn: 75% chance / inflicts +20% of skill damage every 2s for 6s.
• Poison: 30% chance / inflicts +75% of skill damage every 2.5s for 5s.
2. Skill Effect & Balance Adjustments
2.1 Valhalla Mode – Monster Balance Rollback
• For improved stability in Valhalla Mode, the monster balance has been reverted to the previous settings.

• Before: 5s damage
• After: 2s damage
2. High Wizard – Freeze
• Before: 100% chance / 4s freeze
• After: 75% chance / 2s freeze
• 100% chance / 4s movement speed reduction

3. Sura – Cursed Circle
• Before: 4s damage
• After: 6s damage
4. Mechanic – Lava Flow
• Before: 5s damage
• After: 6s damage
5. Alchemist – Demonstration Enhance
• Before: Increased effect chance / decreased SP
• After: Increased skill damage / decreased SP
6. Creator – Unstable Research
• Before: Chance of effect activation
• After: Increased duration of effect
7. Rebellion – Piercing Shot Enhancement

4.1 Guild Total Power – Minimum Participant Requirement Change
• Minimum participants reduced from 20 to 6.
Details
• Based on low participation patterns observed since November 18, adjustments were made.
• Guild Total Power differs from standard PvP and may result in unfair matches if participant numbers are too unequal.
• Minimum participants revised:
► Before: 10 per guild
► After: 3 per guild
► Total minimum: 6
► Maximum: 100 (50 per guild)
4.2 Mercenary Exploration 2× Ends / Pet Exploration 2× Begins
• Mercenary Exploration 2× is ending.
• Pet Exploration 2× will begin immediately.
4.3 Prontera Defense / Colossal Solider / Valhalla Points Rule Adjustment
• Improvements made to compensate for point issues reported on November 18.
• Only the highest point earned per cycle will be used for ranking.
• MVP killing count is still recorded, but only one score per round is registered.
