1. Pre-Registration

Participation Details:

Players may pre-register through the official website form by providing at least an email address or mobile phone number.

This information will be used for identity verification and as a communication channel for future announcements.

Completion Conditions:

Once the player submits the form with valid information, the system will confirm the registration and redirect the user to the Event Hub automatically.

Prohibited Behavior:

Using false or unverifiable information may result in disqualification.

Personal Data & Privacy:

Email and phone number will be stored and used according to the game’s Privacy Policy.

Players may request data deletion following the procedures described in the Privacy Policy.

Reward Claiming Method

Pre-Register Rewards

Players may claim rewards by entering the Redemption Code provided by the system.

Where to receive the code:

Redeem codes will be provided only through the official website.

How to redeem:

Inside the game → Bonus → Others → Redeem Code

(This feature unlocks when the character reaches Base Lv. 20 or higher.)

Eligibility Conditions:

Each account may use a redemption code only once per character.

SEA Pre-registration Milestone Rewards

Delivery Method:

Rewards will be sent via in-game mail.

Eligibility:

• Character must be created within 1 month after OBT launch

• Base Lv. 20 or higher

2. Profile Create

Participation Details:

Players may submit the following on the website:  Nickname (web only),Preferred Class , Profile image from available selections

The profile is used for social sharing, tracking statistics, and displaying in the Leaderboard/Album.

Important Notes:

• The website nickname is used only for the website profile, not the in-game name.

• Inappropriate, offensive, copyrighted, or misleading names may be edited or removed by staff.

Points Awarded:

Creating a profile successfully = 10 points

Validation:

Points are awarded only when all fields are correctly completed.

3. Profile Share

Participation Details:

Players may share their profile to social media (Facebook, X, LINE, etc.) using the designated share button.

A personalized referral link will be generated.

Point Conditions:

• Successful share = 1 point (once per day per player)

• If 5 new users create profiles through your referral link → Bonus +5 points

Additional Rules:

• Bonus is awarded only after verifying that the referred accounts are new and unique.

• Fraudulent behavior (e.g., duplicate accounts) may lead to disqualification.

4. Follower Mission

Participation Details:

Players must follow at least one official channel:

Discord, Facebook Fanpage, X (Twitter), TikTok.

Completion Conditions:

System will verify via API or account connection.

Points Awarded:

Following at least one channel = 4 points (fixed)

Note:

If verification fails due to technical issues, players may submit proof for manual review.

5. Guess the Presenter

To build hype and increase engagement before the official presenter reveal.

Activity Format & Stages:

Hints will be released in stages, such as:

• Silhouette

• Voice Clip

• Concept Photo

• Teaser MV / Short Video

Participation & Points:

• Each time a player claims a Hint → 1 point

(Maximum 4 points from hint rounds)

• During the final guess round:

Submitting the correct answer = 30 points

• Sharing the MV/Teaser publicly with verification → Additional bonus points (announced separately)

Rules:

• Answers must be submitted through the official web form while logged in.

• Late submissions will not be counted.

• If multiple players guess correctly, all eligible players receive points.

Final Decision:

Official announcement takes precedence.

Staff reserve final decision rights in disputes.

6. Achievement Card Collection (Daily Card Draw)

How it works:

Players may open a daily card box, receiving one card from the following types:

Normal / Monster / MVP / Presenter

Point Rules (unique cards only):

• Monster Cards: Collect 3 unique cards → 2 points each (Total 6 points)

• MVP Card: Collect 1 unique card → 10 points

• Presenter Cards: Collect 2 unique cards → 15 points each (Total 30 points)

• Collecting all required unique cards → Bonus +50 points

Rules:

• Duplicate cards do not provide additional points.

• All collected cards are recorded on the user’s profile.

• Cheating or automated tools leads to disqualification.

7. Achievement Book – CBT Mission

Participation:

Players must submit their CBT UID on the website.

System will fetch character level/status via API.

Eligibility:

CBT character reaching the required level = 15 points

Data Notes:

Only basic data (levels, playtime) is used for verification.

Additional data used in aggregated analysis is anonymized.

8. Event Redeem Item / Redeem Shop

8.1 Redeem Shop Pools

General Shop (Gamer Set):

Includes: Gaming Gear (mousepad, keychain, etc.) or in-game items.

Presenter Shop (Presenter Box Set):

Includes: Presenter-related merchandise or in-game items.

8.2 Redeem & Draw Conditions

• Players select a pool (Gamer Set or Presenter Box).

• Points are used to reserve a spot in the prize draw.

• Actual prize draw occurs on the official Draw Date.

• Winners will be announced on the website.

8.3 In-game Item Notes

• In-game items are recorded as reward history.

• After OBT, players must confirm the reward on the designated web page to claim it.

• Delivery follows procedures announced during OBT.

8.4 Physical Prize Limitations

• Gaming Gear + Presenter Box Sets are limited to 100 units total

(unless otherwise stated)

• If winners exceed the stock, priority goes to those who confirm first

or as per rules announced by staff.

8.5 Redeem Period & Draw Date

Redeem Period:

From official start date 2026/01/21 to 2026/01/30

Draw Date:

All prizes are drawn on the specified date 2026/02/04

8.6 Prize Confirmation & Delivery

For physical items, players must provide:

• Full name

• Address

• Contact number

Failure to do so by deadline = forfeited prize.

In-game items will be claimable after OBT once the reward page opens.

9. Verification, Appeals, and Disputes

Verification:

All points and rewards are logged in the system.

Players can check their Event History/My Account page.

Appeals:

Players may submit a “Request Review” with proof (screenshots, URLs, etc.).

Team will respond within the stated review time (normally ≤14 business days).

Disqualification:

Cheating, multi-account abuse, or violating rules will result in disqualification.

Final Decisions:

Staff reserve the right to finalize decisions in all disputes.

10. General Terms

• Participation in any event constitutes acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

• Organizers may adjust event rules, timelines, and details with prior notice via official channels.

• In the case of discrepancies between language versions, Thai/English versions will take precedence (as officially stated).
